A Whirlwind Ride Around the Net
Everything changes, if that isn't so! These past few months have challenged me with the care I was called to provide for a family member who had multiple surgeries. The not knowing of how things would work out was more than an eyeopener. I get that everything changes, but not so fast please. Who would like to slow down just a tad? The new year began as a time to review where my art was taking me. My second career which I began more than a decade ago led me to graphic design. Graphic design was changing as fast as scrolling through social media! Nothing was the same except for the art and design principles now applied in digital form. Learning as much as one possible could over the past few years has been painful yet enjoyable in many ways. I've ventured from graphic design to surface pattern design, digital textile design, digital art, and the list goes on. I now love to spend time developing artwork on a digital tablet.
